         When will I receive my order?

Awards items typically ship in 3-4 business days. Promotional item orders ship in 2-4 weeks. Express shipping is available and we'll take whatever steps necessary to meet your deadline requirements.

      Are there extra charges for artwork?

There is no extra charge for artwork or engraving. The inclusion of your logo or design makes your item unique and is part of creating attractive awards. Please provide the best quality image available when you submit you graphics. The better image submitted will yield better results.

      What type of files are needed for logos or artwork?

We can use files from most common applications. Adobe, Photoshop, Windows, Corel, are preferred and higher resolutions (300 dpi or greater) will provide best results. If a digital format is not available, a faxed image may work.

     How do I know that I'll like the artwork and engraving?

When the design is complete for your award, a copy will be e-mailed or faxed for your approval before the item is engraved.

     Are quantity discounts available?
